1 Full payment, inclusive of any taxes and charges, to FOST Private Limited (“the Gallery”) is required within one (1) working day from the date of Invoice.

2 Payment can be made by cash, bank transfer or PayNow.

3 A fee of US$50 or equivalent for bank charges will be imposed on telegraphic transfers.

4 If full payment is not received after two (2) working days from the date of Invoice, the item will be released for sale.

5 Once full payment is received, the buyer becomes the legal owner of the Artwork(s) (“the Owner”), and shall assume responsibility for the Artwork(s), including the risk of damage or loss of the Artwork(s). Collection or delivery of the Artwork(s) can only be made after full payment is received.

6 Free delivery to a local address with a minimum purchase of SG$1000, made by 23 December 2020.

7 For purchases below SG$1000, there will be a minimum delivery charge of SG$30 per location in Singapore for standard deliveries. Additional delivery charges will be imposed for non-standard deliveries (eg if the Artwork(s) have to be carried up more than two (2) flights of stairs). Installation charges are separate.

8 Artwork(s) will be stored free of charge for ten (10) calendar days after payment is received. Thereafter, storage charges will apply. Full payment of storage charges is to be made before Artwork(s) can be collected or delivered.

9 Charges for crating, freighting, transport, insurance, as well as relevant customs duties for the shipping of Artwork(s), from the Gallery to an international location, will be borne by the Owner.

10 Artworks(s) sold are not refundable or exchangeable.

11 The Owner undertakes not to present the Artwork(s) at any auction for a period of two (2) years from the date of Invoice. In any case, the Gallery shall be given prior notice on any intent to resell or lease the Artwork(s).

12 Copyright of the Artwork(s) remains with the respective artist(s). However the Gallery reserves the right to reproduce images of the Artwork(s) sold, in part or in full, for promotional purposes.
